Copland Icon Collection is a plethora of Copland icons I have created. All of these icons, except the Copland Original Trash, Copland Original Folder, and this SimpleText icon, were made by myself. Some icons are based on icons created by others, but they are highly modified and are not even close to what they were designed after, such as the 6200 icon being based on someone's 6100 HD Icon. There are six main folders in the directory of Copland Icon Collection: Alternate Trash Cans, CPU Icons, Folders, Other Elements, Other Goodies, and System Icons.
Alternate Trash Cans contains other modified trash cans for use on your Mac, whether it has Aaron, or System 7.5, or not. There are two folders inside of it that contain icons for an empty trash and for a full trash. See the documentation included in that folder for information on installing those icons.
CPU Icons contains icons of popular Macs, with and without a monitor. Included are the "6200/6300/630/640" series' CPU, the "IIvx/Performa 600/7100/7200/7500" series' CPU, and the 5300 series PowerBook. With those icons referred to above with slashes, it is for a certain CPU, but the same shells are used throughout the Macintosh line, so the 7500 icon can fit all of those before it, as with the 6200. Just use these icons for your hard drive icon using the classic copy-paste method; no special installation is needed, unless wanted.
Folders contains various folder icons with different symbols on them. These are not like those cheap ones found online with a folder and a mini-icon slapped in the corner of it. These are 3-D icons, with the exception of the Applications folder. Use the standard copy-paste method, unless you want to change folders that have the icons stored in the System File, like Control Panels or Extensions folders. Use the method described in the documentation in the Alternate Trash Cans folder for info on how to do that.
Other Elements contains icons that do not fit the other categories, such as disks, a monitor, printers, a legal pad, etc. All are drawn in a Copland-esque form. Picasso Mac Logo would be a good icon to replace the standard Picasso Mac seen on startup in the Welcome to Macintosh box; refer to the Alternate Trash Cans documentation for doing this.
Other Goodies contains files, not icons, to be used to Coplandize your Mac. There are Folder Icon Maker files to use to put little icons on or next to the Diskette, Document, Control Panel, and Shiny Folder icons found in this collection. If you have Folder Icon Maker, put these into that folder; if not, you might as well throw them away.
System Icons contains alternate System Folder folders and icons, including a 3-D Clipboard icon, a Copland Control Panel icon, and a Copland Extensions folder. Refer to the Alternate Trash Installation for installation.
